RATSHACK
RATSHACK ( The YRC Kitten Register )
Ratshack is the Yorkshire Rat Club kitten register. It is a place where YRC members can list kittens that they have available for sale. These kittens will be between 6 weeks and 13 weeks of age when sold, although they may be reserved prior to 6 weeks of age.
All kittens will be automatically removed from the register when they reach 13 weeks of age.
The YRC will ensure that the list is updated regularly but cannot guarantee the availability of kittens listed here.
If you cannot see the variety you want listed you may wish to contact one of the members on the breeders list to discuss being placed on a waiting list for a specific variety.
Some breeders will use their own application forms and contracts for sale of their kittens. The YRC would strongly recommend that buyers who sign contracts abide by the specifications of these, but the YRC will not enforce or arbitrate in any resulting disputes over contracts.
Ratshack is not responsible for vetting potential owners or for vouching for the health of any kittens. It remains the responsibility of individuals to undertake there own checks with regard to these matters.

Rats are social animals and many breeders will insist on kittens being sold in at least same sex pairs. If you are getting a kitten of similar age from another breeder you may wish to discuss whether you could have a single kitten, as a companion, with the breeder concerned.

To list your kittens on Ratshack you must send the following details to Sheena Pratley

* Sex of kittens
* Varieties or colours of kittens ( Please list Bucks and Does separately
* Preferred contact details
* You may include any other information you wish e.g sire and dam etc,
whether you have application form / contract etc
* Links to websites or to photos are welcome
